What is your policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges?
Thank you for ordering from Be Kind 2 Me! We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. You can return the product and get a full refund (conditions apply, see below). All returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days of orders being placed and postmarked accordingly. Be Kind 2 Me will accept your return of unworn and unwashed apparel and items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them with tags, and in its original packaging, for a refund or exchange. We only offer direct exchanges for sizing on apparel. We do not accept international exchanges or returns.
For returns, please take extra care when packaging your items and recommend you ship with a tracking number as proof of shipment and purchase shipping insurance for items over $75.00, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees for returns & exchanges unless the item is a faulty or defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If we receive an exchange for an item currently out of stock, and the restock date is more than one week out, store credit may be issued in place of the replacement item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note some products are non-returnable. Gift Cards, Limited Edition items, Stickers, Gratitude Journals, and personalized/customized items.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Clearance/Sale items cannot be returned. All sales are final on clearance/sale items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Or contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please note there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Free shipping is not available on international orders. Your international shipment is subject to additional taxes/duties. All customs taxes/duties/fees are the responsibility of the buyer. International orders will list item prices on shipping labels due to customs regulations.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All items are handmade and made to order just for YOU! Processing times may take up to 1-2 weeks once payment is received. All orders are shipped via USPS unless other arrangements are made on the checkout page of your order. If your order was placed on a weekend/holiday, it will be processed the following business day. Shipping may take longer during busy times and holidays. Shipping times are only an estimate and may vary and are based on your local postal service or other delivery carriers.
Be Kind 2 Me orders are shipped according to the information provided by the customer at the time of checkout. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error by the customer submitting incorrect information, a new order will need to be placed with the correct shipping information.
Be Kind 2 Me is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. USPS (and other shipping carriers) delivery scanning delays and confirmations and weather delays are beyond our control. Please contact your local Postal Office or shipping carrier for these rare situations.
Be Kind 2 Me is unable to bill shipping charges to a third-party account or receiver.
I love your products and want to sell them in my shop, do you offer wholesale accounts?
Be Kind 2 Me does not accept wholesale accounts at this time, but please check back for updates.
Oops, I forgot to add something to my order, can I add it after I have submitted it?
Once your order is confirmed, due to our software, it is immediately transferred to processing and shipping, in which changes cannot be made to your order. Orders are processed as quickly as possible. A new order will need to be submitted.
How do I know which size to order?
Please check the size charts on each product page, as each t-shirt size run differently.
How should I care for my t-shirt?
Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Medium iron. Do not iron ink. Do not dry clean.
What if I am missing something from my order?
We want to take care of this right away, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are your products and packaging eco-friendly?
We love our planet and do our best to do our part! We make every effort to be as eco-friendly as possible. We proudly use eco-friendly water-based ink that is both phthalate and PVC-free to capture the softest touch to our apparel, to include environmentally friendly cleaners used within our shop. Product inserts are sourced from sustainable forests. Our packaging and supplies are constructed of recycled materials and we re-use packaging materials and boxes when possible. Be Kind 2 Me is always looking for ways and products to support our efforts to keep planet earth beautiful!!
My purchase is a gift, will you ship my order to a friend/family member?
YES – we would love to because we love giving gifts too!! If you are purchasing a gift, simply enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address during checkout and add notes needed in the comments section.
My purchase is defective, please help.
We are not perfect but try our best to ensure each order is amazing. If this does happen, we kindly ask that you email us a photo of the defective item, with your order number, which item is damaged along with a description of the damage and a replacement item will be shipped to you immediately. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the customer. Items that are damaged due to use or normal wear and tear may be denied a refund.
Please do not return any damaged items unless advised by Be Kind 2 Me.
